Booking and Payment: Bookings can be made through our website, email, or telephone. To confirm a booking, we require relevant personal and travel details, including name, contact information, accommodation details, and flight or cruise information. Payment must be completed according to the instructions provided during booking confirmation.
Cancellations and Amendments:
- Cancellations must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled service to receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service are non-refundable.
- Amendments to bookings are subject to availability and must be communicated promptly.
Service Provision: Travelleo strives to ensure timely and accurate services. However, we are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by external factors, including but not limited to flight or cruise delays, severe weather, road conditions, or force majeure.
Passenger Responsibilities: Passengers are required to provide accurate travel details and maintain communication for any changes or delays. Travelleo will not be responsible for missed services due to inaccurate information provided by passengers.
Safety and Conduct: All passengers must adhere to local laws and regulations. Travelleo reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or group displaying disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior.
Liability: Travelleo holds liability insurance covering our vehicles and passengers during transfers and tours. However, personal belongings remain the sole responsibility of the passengers. Travelleo is not liable for loss or damage to personal items.
Child Policy: Child safety seats are provided upon request at no extra charge. Please inform us at the time of booking if you require this service.
Vehicle Availability: In the rare event of vehicle unavailability due to unforeseen circumstances, Travelleo reserves the right to substitute with an equivalent or upgraded vehicle.
Privacy: All personal information provided is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by Greek law. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in Greek courts.
Changes to Terms and Conditions:
- Travelleo reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
- Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
